Important — Please read before you book

Booking & Payment

  • Room bookings are subject to prior confirmation by email or phone.
  • Payment has to be cleared before departure.
  • Payment can be made through Master/Visa Card, IMPS/NEFT, QR scan code and by cash as well.
  • No refund will be given for short stay or any un-availed services.

Identity Proof (Mandatory)

As per Government rules, it is mandatory for all guests (adult/child) to show valid ID proof at the time of arrival. Accepted ID proofs: Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, Driving License, Passport.

  • PAN Card will not be accepted as a valid ID proof.
  • Foreign nationals are required to present a valid passport & visa.
  • The resort reserves the right to disallow/refuse check-in if a guest does not have valid ID proof as stated above. Right of admission is reserved.
  • Guest must share company/GST details prior to arrival in case GST billing is required. Company details cannot be amended post check-in.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after check-in date or in case of no-show.
  • 100% cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled within 7 days before check-in date.
  • Free cancellation if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in date.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • Child below 5 years of age without extra bed will not be charged.
  • Child between 5–11 years of age without extra bed will be charged as per the meal plan only.
  • Child/person above 11 years of age will be charged as an adult.

Visitor Policy

In order to maintain the privacy of guests and the tranquility of the resort, visitors are generally allowed to meet guests in public areas during the day (08:00 AM to 07:00 PM). Visitors are not allowed to access guest rooms.

  • The visitor will have to show a valid address proof as per resort policy.
  • The resort reserves the right to refuse visitor access in order to protect guest privacy and safety.

Other Important Rules

  • Effective 2nd October 2008 the Government introduced "No Smoking" legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the resort.
  • Any change in taxes levied by the Government will be charged extra and collected at the time of billing.
  • Pets are not allowed in the resort premises.
  • Arms and ammunition are strictly not allowed in the resort premises.
