Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of the confirmed Room Reservation 4 Days prior to the arrival date, Full refund will be processed whereas 5% of the amount will be deducted if advance is made through Credit/Debit Card.
- Cancellation of the Confirmed Room Reservation 3 Days prior to the arrival date; Advance payment won’t be refundable, however the same can be utilized for the guests upcoming travel plan with in 90 Days of the Check-In date.
- Cancellation of the room booking within 48 Hours of the Check-In date will attract 100% retention of the Advance payment.
- Any No-Show bookings will also attract 100% retention of the Advance Payment.
